Welcome to ITNS! These Terms and Services ("Terms") govern your use of our managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud computing, and other related offerings. By engaging with ITNS, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services Provided
ITNS offers a range of managed IT services, including but not limited to:
- IT support and troubleshooting
- Network security and monitoring
- Cloud solutions and data backup
- Compliance consulting
- Disaster recovery planning
- Hardware and software management
These services may be provided on a subscription or project basis, as outlined in your service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure optimal service delivery, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their IT infrastructure.
- Maintain valid licensing for all software and third-party tools.
- Follow ITNS security recommendations and best practices.
- Ensure timely payment for all services rendered.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service quality and result in additional fees or service suspension.
3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
ITNS commits to delivering services as per the response and resolution times outlined in your SLA. While we strive to maintain uptime and security, ITNS is not responsible for disruptions caused by:
- Acts of nature, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
- Client-side misconfigurations or unauthorized modifications.
- Third-party service failures beyond our control.
4. Payment Terms

- Certain obligations (e.g., confidentiality) will survive termination.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- ITNS provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee 100% uptime or security.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
- Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the last [Insert Number] months.
